InDetail wants to hear from students in architecture and the allied professions. This is an opportunity to share and showcase your work. We welcome designs, proposals, essays and opinion pieces. You can also submit original essays or work based on research for your degree. Submissions will be reviewed by the editors prior to publication.
The focus of InDetail is on architectural design and heritage especially in central South Africa, but is not limited to the South African context. The editors will consider material that engages with architecture and allied fields with significance for a South African audience
Requirements for images that accompany submissions:
- All illustrations, figures, and tables must be submitted separately through the website and be a minimum of 1000 px in width (not larger than 350MB).
Copyright: Copyright is transferred to the author(s) when an article is accepted for publication.
Publishing rights: When an author/s publish an article in inDetail Journal, the author/s enter into a non-exclusive publishing agreement. This means that author/s may upload a second copy to institutional repositories.
All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution Licence (CC BY 4.0); readers may reproduce, share and adapt the content without permission, provided the source is attributed.
